Here’s the deal:

Returns

If your order isn’t quite what you expected, don’t sweat it. We’ve got a 30-day return window. But heads up—once those 30 days are up from your delivery date, we can’t accept the refund or exchange.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem. Just send the item back and we’ll swap it out for you. If something arrived busted or damaged, we’ll replace it, no questions asked. Just make sure to send it to the address below. All the info you need will be in your order.

For any damaged items, snap a picture and send it our way so we can approve your replacement or refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we get your returned item and check it out, we’ll drop you an email to let you know we got it. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or not.

If we’re good to go, we’ll process your refund and send the cash back to your original payment method. This usually happens pretty fast, but it can take up to 14 days.

Still waiting on your refund? Double-check your bank account and give your credit card company a ring. Sometimes it takes a bit for the refund to show up. If you’re still coming up short, hit us up at jen@morethaneleven.co.uk

Keep in mind, we won’t refund you in full if the item isn’t in its original condition, shows signs of use, or is damaged for reasons that aren’t our fault. And we can’t process returns past the 30-day mark.

If the t-shirt wasn’t faulty to begin with, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs yourself. Sorry, but those shipping costs aren’t refundable.

The time it takes for your exchanged item to get back to you can vary depending on where you’re located.
